Senior Support Pharmacy Technician Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Join the Outpatients pharmacy team to contribute to a range of pharmaceutical services, including issuing prescriptions, providing advice, and ensuring all pharmacy duties are carried out according to legal and operational standards, to meet customer needs.

The role requires deputising in the absence of the Superintendent Pharmacist, demonstrating strong professional leadership, decision-making skills, and line management of junior staff.

Support multidisciplinary teams and Trust services with effective pharmaceutical care, focusing on medicines supply and management. Monitor key quality and performance indicators, address service pressures, and report on workforce needs.

Assist the Superintendent Pharmacist in leading, developing, delivering, and evaluating clinical pharmacy services. Manage designated staff, oversee supervision, attendance, performance, and staff training needs.
