Job summary

Kingdom Group via Kingdom Support & Care seeks a seasoned leader to shape strategy, manage a team of Service Coordinators, and act as Registered Manager with the Care Inspectorate across multiple locations in Scotland.

You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care aligned with SSSC Codes of Practice and Care Inspectorate requirements, while driving budgets, tenders and business development and coaching colleagues to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three+ years' management experience in care services.
• Registered Manager status with Care Inspectorate or willingness to work towards registration.
• Experience in budgets and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Service Coordinators and act as Registered Manager.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care aligned with standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service development.
• Build relationships with Kingdom Group and external partners.
• Prepare papers for Board of Directors.
