Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a local branch in Scotland, ensuring safe, compassionate care and compliant operations. You will oversee daily activities, develop staff, and strengthen client and partner relationships.

You will travel across the Tayside area to cover Dundee, Angus, Perth and Kinross, managing rotas and driving quality standards in a dynamic care environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a care management or senior supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of care regulations, compliance and quality standards
• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• Ability to work full-time and travel throughout the Tayside area
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to delivering outstanding care
• Knowledge of Dundee, Angus, Perth and Kinross would be desirable
