Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking a Support & Care Manager to join the senior management team and lead a team of Service Coordinators. The role includes acting as Registered Manager with the Care Inspectorate and shaping strategy across multiple locations in Scotland.

You will drive high-quality, person-centred care, support strategic planning and budgeting, and build relationships with partners to deliver service improvements and growth. A strong coaching and governance focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a management role within a support and care discipline.
• Registered Manager experience with the Care Inspectorate or willingness to pursue registration.
• Strong track record of coaching and motivating teams to deliver change and service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Service Coordinators, acting as Registered Manager with the Care Inspectorate across multiple locations.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care meeting SSSC, National Care Standards and Care Inspectorate requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgets, KPIs and tender submissions for new and existing services.
