Job summary

Call-In Homecare in Scotland is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a local branch, ensure safe, compassionate care delivery, and drive high standards of quality and regulatory compliance across the service.

You will supervise care teams, oversee day-to-day operations, manage rotas, build strong relationships with clients, families and external partners, and travel throughout Tayside to support continuous service improvement and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a care management or senior supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of care regulations, compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to work full-time and travel throughout the Tayside area.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to delivering outstanding care.
• Knowledge of Dundee, Angus, Perth and Kinross would be desirable.
