FCE Bank plc, part of Ford Credit Europe Bank plc, is seeking a Supplier Risk Lead to provide independent second-line oversight across third-party and supplier risk. You will help shape and modernise the global TPRM framework and ensure alignment with DORA and PRA SS2/21.

You will report to the ICT Risk and Information Security Manager, with direct visibility to executive risk committees, and operate within a hybrid work model offering strong career progression and industry-leading risk

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Third-Party Risk Management within a regulated financial services environment (PRA/FCA banking or automotive finance preferred).
• Understanding of UK/EU operational resilience frameworks, specifically DORA and PRA SS2/21.
• Ability to provide independent, robust challenge to First Line business owners while maintaining collaborative relationships.
• Experience assessing risk across the full supplier lifecycle including fourth-party dependencies.
• Ability to synthesize complex risks into concise executive summaries and committee-level reporting.

Aufgaben

• Conduct robust 2LoD review and challenge of First Line supplier risk assessments, classifications, due diligence, and mitigation plans.
• Drive ongoing enhancement of FCE Bank’s global TPRM framework, policies, and assessment methodologies, ensuring alignment with DORA, PRA SS2/21, and broader PRA/FCA expectations.
• Oversee the DORA ICT Third-Party Register and evaluate systemic third- and fourth-party concentration and operational resilience risks.
• Produce high-impact supplier risk reporting, KRIs, and executive dashboards for senior leadership and Executive Risk Committees.
• Oversee material supplier risk events, root-cause remediations, and represent 2LoD oversight during internal audits and direct regulatory engagements.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert to 1LoD contract owners, procurement, and vendor management teams on complex supplier risk arrangements.
