Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary frontline teams.
• Experience in workforce planning, rostering, and resource allocation.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and statutory compliance.
• Ability to analyse KPIs/SLAs and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop frontline Void/Repairs operatives.
• Coordinate staffing, rotas, leave, and sickness to ensure continuity.
• Deploy resources and manage vehicles, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor performance using KPIs/SLAs and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety legislation.
• Lead on disciplinary, grievance, and capability procedures per policies.
• Engage residents and partners, and manage contractor performance.
• Travel across the Borough; access to a car required.
