ABM Facility Services UK is seeking a Senior Supervisor for a high-profile site in the Durham area. You will oversee janitorial and waste management, lead up to 70 on-site staff, and report to the Site Operations Manager to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency across the contract.

You will drive KPI performance, support recruitment and training, and deliver detailed weekly/monthly client reports while maintaining high standards of client service and compliance with GDPR and health & safety

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong health & safety awareness and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Lead janitorial and waste removal teams in a warehouse setting.
• Support Site Operations Manager with contract delivery, budgets and payroll.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and comply with KPI/SLA metrics.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, and training of team members.
• Produce weekly/monthly client reports and ensure GDPR compliance.
