ABM Facility Services UK is hiring a Senior Supervisor in the Durham area to lead a large on-site team within a 24/7 operation. You will work with the Site Operations Manager to ensure high standards of cleanliness, waste management and safety across the site, including access roads and car parks.

The role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment. You’ll oversee payroll, rosters, inspections and reporting, while maintaining excellent

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in supervisory/managerial setting.
• Flexible and mobile to cover 24/7 operation.
• Ability to manage budgets, payroll and rota planning.
• Experience in janitorial and waste removal services.

Responsabilités

• Lead janitorial and waste removal team in a warehouse environment.
• Assist Site Operations Manager with contract delivery and budgets.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and drive best practices.
• Ensure safety, GDPR compliance and KPI/SLA adherence.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and reports.
