Leaders in Care are working in partnership with an Outstanding rated Independent Fostering Agency in Norwich, for an experienced practitioner to join their stable service as a Senior Supervising Social Worker.
As a Senior Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for supporting and managing approved foster carers, providing professional advice when necessary, and contributing to business planning. Additionally, you will supervise Support Workers and Social Work Students.
You will work closely with social work staff and foster carers to ensure that quality standards are met in all assessments.
Benefits include a generous salary of up to £45,225, with regular learning and development opportunities to support your growth as a practitioner while providing the best care for all involved in the service. You will also enjoy a holiday allowance of 27 days.
This role offers a flexible working schedule, with only 1 office day required per week, and the rest of the week flexible for you to manage your own diary, complete visits, and work from home, helping you maintain a great work-life balance.
In this IFA, there is a strong focus on professional development, with many senior management team members having been developed internally. You will also be enrolled onto a Learning & Development course, which could support further career progression after 12 months if desired.
For this role, a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England are required.
