Salary: Total package of £43,400

NonStop's client, located in the East Midlands, is seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care.
• Provide support and advice to foster carers.
• Manage a case load of approximately 10 foster carers from Milton Keynes to Leicestershire.

Requirements:

• Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
• Valid driver's license.
• Care and drive to support foster carers and families to provide the best support possible.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the fostering sector.
