Salary: Total package of £43,400

NonStop's client, in the East Midlands, is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
• Provide support and advice for foster carers
• Manage a caseload of around 10 foster carers from Milton Keynes up to Leicestershire

Requirements:

• Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
• Driver's license
• Care and drive to support foster carers and families to provide the best support possible
• Experience working in the fostering sector - ideally at least 2 years
