Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Substation Superintendent to lead on-site electrical construction for HV substations associated with solar and energy storage projects. You will oversee scheduling of subcontractors, safety programs, and adherence to project specs while coordinating with engineers and the owner.

The role requires leadership of field teams, knowledge of electrical systems, and ability to manage costs and quality across commissioning and testing at the project site.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of job costing and cost control.
• Ability to supervise multiple employees on industrial construction sites.
• Good communication with owners and crew to ensure alignment and safety.
• Willingness to relocate to project site community.

Responsabilités

• Tracks schedules for equipment, materials, testing for subcontractors to maximize production and minimize costs.
• Trains and implements standardized Work Plans and assists Field Operations Manager in process improvement.
• Acts as electrical consultant on circuits, power quality, switchgear installations, and HV collection/distribution systems.
