Solarpro Technology is seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to spearhead the site execution of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for safe, timely and cost-effective EPC construction activities from mobilisation through handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients while upholding quality and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience on EPC projects.
• Minimum 5 years delivering utility-scale Solar PV projects (>50 MW).
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary construction teams in the UK.
• Strong English communication and driving license.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site construction activities for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS EPC projects across the UK.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and contractual compliance of construction works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams; monitor progress and implement recovery actions.
• Review construction methods to maximise productivity; coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE and Commissioning.
• Manage interfaces between civil, structural, mechanical, electrical works and grid connection; lead meetings and reporting; support commercial with variations and handover.
