Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Project Planner in the UK to own the project schedule and ensure on-time delivery for subsea projects. The role reports to the Global Planning Leader for Subsea and collaborates with product line planners to maintain schedule quality.

You will manage the EPC schedule, deliver look-ahead analyses, and provide reports to senior management. A strong background in Primavera P6 and MRP is essential, with a bachelor or master degree in engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering/Math/Science.
• Experience in subsea project planning.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 planning tool.
• Knowledge of MRP processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling management: ensure project schedule quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate and supervise other planners for overall schedule integrity.
• Support project management with look-ahead, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Interact with customer to provide schedule updates and discuss challenges.
• Drive integrated planning initiatives and adherence to processes.
