Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Project Planner to own the project schedule for a subsea initiative. You will be the main contact for scheduling quality and on-time delivery, reporting to the Global Planning Leader for Subsea and the Project Director.

You will oversee other planners, drive integrated planning, and provide schedule insights to management and customers. Hybrid work arrangement includes four days in office and one day from home in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering/Math/Science.
• Demonstrate experience in project planning in the subsea industry.
• Demonstrate expertise in use of the Primavera P6 planning tool.
• Be able to understand the status of a project and link the schedule to the reality of the execution.

Aufgaben

• Scheduling management and ensuring the project schedule quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate and lead other planners to maintain plan quality across the project.
• Provide visibility on look-aheads, risks and mitigation actions to project management.
• Interact with the customer to update schedule and explain challenges and opportunities.
