Orion Group, Aberdeen-based, is seeking a Senior Subsea Execution Engineer to lead execution of subsea intervention, IRM and decommissioning campaigns across company assets. The role is based in Aberdeen and will require close coordination with offshore teams and contractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

The candidate will bring a degree in engineering and extensive offshore experience, with proven ability to manage contractors, vessel operations and multi-disciplinary teams, while

• Degree in an engineering discipline.
• Significant experience delivering subsea operations or offshore campaigns.
• Experience managing contractors, vessel operations and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong grasp of safety, risk management and regulatory compliance offshore.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of subsea intervention, IRM and decommissioning campaigns.
• Provide technical oversight from planning to close-out.
• Build relationships with offshore contractors, vessel providers and stakeholders.
• Drive a proactive safety culture through risk identification and mitigation.
• Mentor colleagues and deputise for Subsea Team Lead when required.
• Champion operational excellence and cost-conscious decision-making.
