Job summary

Anasuria Operating Company Limited (AOC) is hiring a Subsea Team Lead to oversee the Subsea Operations Team and ensure asset integrity across subsea systems. The role focuses on safety, competency, budgeting and delivering subsea campaigns to plan.

The ideal candidate has an honours degree in engineering and UK onshore experience, with proven leadership in subsea environments. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Aberdeen and reports to the Technical Manager.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in a relevant engineering field.
• UK experience in working in an onshore environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onshore subsea team and ensure effective delivery, performance and competence.
• Oversee IRM planning for FPSO hull, risers, pipelines and subsea infrastructure.
• Direct and prioritise contractor delivery within budgets and schedules.
• Act as offshore client worksite representative when required.
• Maintain subsea integrity through monitoring, inspection planning and risk mitigation.
