OEG, a leading energy solutions business, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Subsea Division in Aberdeen. Hybrid working with responsibility for safe, profitable project execution, budgeting, and commercial/technical governance.

You will coordinate tender handovers, apply lessons learned, manage risks, and report progress to the Head of Projects while mentoring junior staff and aligning with ISO and SCC standards. English fluency and offshore experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate, manage and communicate information accurately.
• Strong organisation to prioritise tasks and manage workloads.
• Solid IT skills and confidence with various software/tools.
• Demonstrable experience in project management within offshore/subsea sectors.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with offshore industry standards, legislation and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Ensure safe, efficient and profitable execution of assigned projects.
• Coordinate handover from tendering to operations with Commercial.
• Implement lessons learned from previous projects where applicable.
• Maintain awareness and control of commercial and technical project content and contracts.
• Manage project budgets, invoices, and third-party cost recovery.
• Prepare and maintain planning documents during execution if required.
• Liaise with other Project Managers and internal departments for required services.
• Identify and manage project risks; document mitigation plans in the risk register.
• Review and approve project documentation.
• Enforce QHSE management across all project phases and comply with ISO/SCC standards.
• Ensure timely project reporting to Head of Projects and clients.
• Conduct management site visits and project closeouts; capture feedback.
• Support tender input and contract negotiations with Commercial.
• Engage with clients and coordinate opportunities with existing customers.
