Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Senior Student Returns Officer to lead the compilation and submission of statutory student returns, ensuring data quality and regulatory readiness across the university.

Working in a small team, you will liaise with Schools and professional services to resolve data issues, improve processes and support audit readiness. A degree or equivalent experience is required, with knowledge of SITS and strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of student record systems such as SITS.
• Strong communication, organisational and data quality skills.
• Experience in process improvement and stakeholder management.
