Job summary

Sheffield Hallam Students' Union is seeking an experienced Adviser to join the Advice Service, handling information, casework and representation for students on issues including university regulations, funding, welfare benefits, housing and tenancy matters. • Extensive experience delivering advice and managing complex casework in a professional advice setting.
