ExxonMobil is seeking a Structured Trade Finance Advisor to support origination activity within Global Trading Finance and Origination teams. The role reports to the Trade Finance Manager with guidance from the global Structured Trade Finance Chief.

The position involves leading regional deal teams, developing and syndicating financing structures, and building banking relationships to maximize deal flow and risk-adjusted returns across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience handling commodity finance, trade finance or structured transactions in a trading house, bank, or major oil company.
• Track record of closing complex financings with strong commercial, negotiation and deal structuring skills.
• Financial background in capital markets and risk assessment.

Responsabilités

• Collaboratively develop deal structures using structured trade finance tools to enable origination activity.
• Lead a regional deal team to develop and syndicate financing structures for GT origination.
• Build and maintain banking/syndication relationships to place deals effectively.
• Contribute to modeling, credit review, documentation, and reporting for transactions.
• Coordinate with origination, legal and other teams to ensure appropriate documentation and risk mitigations.
• Improve valuation models for credit, working capital and optionality.
• Collaborate across Global Trading and Finance to achieve optimal outcomes.
