Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in structural modelling, drawing production and design coordination using Revit and AutoCAD.
Based in Cardiff or willing to commute.
Senior level with aspirations to BIM lead role and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

Deliver structural modelling, drawing production and detailing across diverse building projects.
Work on major developments, sensitive projects and bespoke structures.
Support design and specification development for contractor clients and client organisations.
Collaborate with engineers, clients, contractors and design teams to consider buildability and commercial requirements.
Communicate with clients during project development with senior support available.
Contribute to development, maintenance and monitoring of BIM best practices across the business.
Stay informed about emerging software and digital tools to strengthen technical delivery.
