Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Structural Revit Technician in Bristol. The role combines hands-on modelling, drawing production and detailing with hybrid working. The successful candidate will own project delivery, using Revit and AutoCAD, while developing commercial awareness and BIM capability.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in structural modelling and drawing production.
• Knowledge of buildability and BIM workflow.

Responsibilities

• Delivering structural modelling, drawing production and detailing across a variety of building structures projects.
• Working on a diverse mix of major developments and smaller bespoke structures.
• Supporting design and specification development for contractor clients and client organisations.
• Collaborating with engineers, clients, contractors and wider design teams to consider buildability and operational performance.
• Communicating directly with clients during project development with senior support as needed.
• Contributing to BIM best practice development and ongoing process improvements.
