Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Bristol is seeking a Senior Structural Technician to produce 2D drawings and 3D models, delivering steelwork and RC detailing while mentoring apprentices. You will collaborate with engineers to resolve detailing challenges and ensure BEP compliance.

Strong Revit expertise and BIM delivery are essential for success. The role supports a multidisciplinary design team in a dynamic UK office environment, with opportunities for professional development and a flexible hybrid working

Qualifications

• In-depth experience of Autodesk products, specifically Revit, is essential.
• Proven BIM delivery experience from concept to construction.
• Knowledge of UK BIM requirements and use of common data environments.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 2D structural drawings and 3D models from sketches.
• Deliver structural steelwork drawings, RC drawings, RC detailing and schedules.
• Mentor apprentice technicians.
• Collaborate with engineers to anticipate and solve design challenges.
• Liaise with the BIM Coordinator to enforce internal standards and BEP.
• Manage project document control using AtkinsRéalis and client CDEs.
