Job description

This permanent position as a Senior Structural Revit Technician in Cardiff offers a salary of £45,000 to £60,000, plus hybrid working and 25 days holiday. The successful candidate will produce detailed drawings and models for building structures, using Revit and related BIM software. They should demonstrate strong technical and commercial awareness, understanding buildability alongside modern digital tools. Duties include taking ownership of project deliverables, supporting junior colleagues, and collaborating with engineers. There is clear scope to progress into a BIM lead role, either immediately or over time, within a supportive consultancy. Applicants must be based in or willing to commute to Cardiff.

At minimum, this person would be joining at a senior technical level with aspirations to for BIM lead position, there is also scope for this person to move straight into this leading role. We are looking for someone who is technically and commercially astute with a solid understanding of the buildability of projects but also the application of modern software.
