Qualifications

• Experience in structural modelling, drawing production and detailing for building structures.
• Strong understanding of buildability and use of modern software for design coordination.
• Experience communicating with clients and design teams to deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structural modelling, drawing production and detailing across various building projects.
• Work on major developments, sensitive projects and bespoke structures.
• Support design and specification development for contractor clients and client organisations.
• Collaborate with engineers, clients, contractors and design teams to consider buildability and commercial requirements.
• Communicate with clients during project development with senior support as needed.
• Contribute to BIM best practice development and maintenance across the business.
• Stay informed about emerging software and process improvements for technical delivery.
