This role focuses on collaboration with engineers and architects, mentoring junior technicians, and delivering coordinated, high‑quality designs on major UK projects, including high‑profile leisure developments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience using Autodesk Revit within a structural engineering environment.
• Strong BIM coordination and detailing understanding.
• Experience on multidisciplinary building projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with project teams.
• Desire to develop professionally and take on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate detailed structural Revit models and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects and other design disciplines.
• Manage model coordination and resolve clashes to support efficient delivery.
• Maintain high standards of BIM execution, drawing quality and accuracy.
• Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge.
• Contribute to ongoing development of BIM processes and workflows.
