Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong background in structural engineering / temporary works design.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior engineers.
• Knowledge of structural behaviour, materials, and Eurocodes.
• Chartered or working towards Chartership (ICE/IStructE).
• Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-led mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of structural engineering projects.
• Design and oversee complex temporary works schemes.
• Develop and review construction sequences and methodologies.
• Deliver detailed design from concept to construction.
• Apply advanced structural principles for safe, efficient solutions.
• Review and sign off design calculations, drawings, reports.
• Mentor and develop graduate and intermediate engineers.
