Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead detailed structural design of permanent and temporary works for civil engineering projects in London. You will provide expert design support to site delivery teams and oversee calculations, drawings, and design certificates.

The role requires a degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of design experience, with proficiency in Eurocodes and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ design experience in structural engineering.
• Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Eurocodes and BS standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead, prepare, and oversee detailed technical designs including calculations, drawings, risk assessments, and design certificates.
• Coordinate with other parties on preliminary designs and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Obtain independent checks and third‑party technical approvals including for rail works.
