Job summary

Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd in Billericay is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead a residential-focused portfolio, delivering robust structural designs from concept through construction. You will manage project outputs, coordinate with architects, M&E engineers and surveyors, and mentor junior engineers.

The role offers a collaborative, technically focused environment with progression toward Chartership and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering structural engineering design on building projects.
• Ability to undertake complex structural calculations and develop analytical models.
• Experience managing project deliverables, programmes and budgets.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients and colleagues.
• Experience coordinating with architects, M&E engineers, surveyors and the design team.
• Chartered Engineer status with IStructE/ICE (or working towards) is desirable.
• Strong academic background with a BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering.
