Job summary

Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd in Croydon is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join a design-led practice. You will lead projects from concept through to construction, working closely with architects, developers and contractors to deliver high-quality structures.

Qualifications

• Proven UK experience delivering structural designs on building projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials including steel, concrete, masonry and timber.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating with clients, architects and contractors.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and checking designs.
• Good understanding of UK codes, standards and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to construction and delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and contractors to ensure project success.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to develop technical capability.
• Check designs and contribute to technical and commercial decisions.
• Engage with clients to communicate progress and manage expectations.
