Job summary

Stantec are seeking a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer to lead delivery of high-quality structural projects across multiple sectors in the UK. The role supports growth in the water and wider infrastructure areas, and involves client-facing responsibilities with hybrid working between office and home from locations including London, Reading, High Wycombe, Redditch, Birmingham or Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Significant structural design experience across concrete, steel and masonry.
• Experience coaching and mentoring to develop technical capability.
• Ability to collaborate across civil, geotechnical and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the delivery of high-quality structural engineering projects across varied sectors.
• Carry out structural inspections and prepare accurate maintenance/modification reports.
• Partner with UK clients and support opportunities across sectors.
• Work in a hybrid model between office and home (London, Reading, High Wycombe, etc.).
