ICE Recruit is seeking a Senior / Principal Structural Engineer for an Ashford-based role. The position emphasises client liaison alongside strong technical leadership and business acumen.

You will bring extensive design experience in low-rise housing, manage your own projects end-to-end, and attend site and client visits with full autonomy. Collaboration with a Director will help shape the practice and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience design of low-rise housing.
• Senior or principal structural engineer level.
• Ability to liaise with clients and demonstrate business acumen.
