Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' post-graduate experience across multiple sectors.
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading design calculations, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Represent the business at client, design team and site meetings.
• Mentor colleagues and drive project delivery in multidisciplinary teams.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
