Qualifications

• Extensive experience in management or consultancy roles within the e‑Commerce domain.
• Deep specialist sector knowledge in at least 1–2 areas (retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, automotive).
• Proven leadership skills to motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent relationship‑building and senior stakeholder networking abilities.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, e‑commerce platforms, CMS and agile methods.
• Outstanding problem‑ solving with clear, actionable communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate at C-suite level to engage and lead clients through complex transformational change across omni‑channel ecosystems.
• Lead cross‑functional engagements, serving as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders across major accounts.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
• Develop and present compelling proposals, roadmaps, and presentations articulating value propositions and solutions.
