Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior Business Consultant to shape consultancy solutions within a dynamic, client‑facing team. You will lead cross‑functional engagements, mentor juniors, and drive strategic guidance in commerce ecosystems across UK markets.

The role combines client leadership with hands‑on delivery and growth opportunities. London/Hybrid work, travel to client sites within the UK and potentially EU, and a people‑first culture emphasize development and impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in management or consultancy within the e‑Commerce domain.
• Specialist sector knowledge in at least 1–2 areas, ideally including retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, or automotive.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and technologies in e-commerce platforms, CMS, PIM, and agile delivery.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engagements and serve as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Develop proposals, roadmaps, and presentations that articulate value propositions.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and generate new business.
• Support delivery with business insights to focus on outcomes and client value.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices across projects.
