Job summary

VML is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own product strategy, discovery, delivery, and adoption for a key retail client’s ecommerce transformation programmes. You’ll work within the client’s Product team, translating business needs into strategy and measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional squads across Product, UX/UI, Delivery and Optimisation, embedding Agile and continuous discovery to drive rapid value while balancing long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Lead/Senior Product Manager within Retail e-commerce.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience integrating Engineering and UX/UI disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own the product Vision: define, communicate, and drive the product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Product, UX/UI, Delivery and Optimisation.
• Drive customer-centric discovery with user research and journey mapping.
• Align stakeholders and translate trade-offs into actionable roadmaps.
• Embed Agile, Lean, and continuous discovery methodologies.
• Deliver measurable commercial value through revenue growth and efficiency.
