Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in the UK recruits a Senior Business Consultant to shape consultancy solutions, drawing on deep experience in e-Commerce and key sectors such as retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, and automotive. You will lead senior client engagements and guide internal teams, delivering strategic roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract in London or Manchester with a hybrid work model. Travel within the UK is anticipated as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in management or consultancy roles within the e-Commerce domain.
• In-depth specialist sector knowledge in at least 1–2 areas (retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, automotive).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engagements with senior client stakeholders across major accounts.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performing team.
• Develop and present proposals, roadmaps, and solutions with clear value propositions.
