Senior Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager in our Product & Strategy team.

This role sits in the Product & Strategy team responsible for the growth and performance of our business.

The role

Working cross-functionally with various teams, someone eager to take ownership, think holistically, and drive Funding Circle’s growth would be a great fit.

1. Lead the development of Funding Circle’s growth strategy, collaborating with stakeholders including the Executive Committee to define and refine plans.
2. Analyze high-priority opportunities with stakeholders and recommend new growth areas, efficiency initiatives, and process improvements.
3. Coordinate with Marketing, Risk, Sales, Technology, Operations, and Product teams to implement these changes.
4. Deliver competitor reviews and briefings, becoming the go-to expert on market trends and competitors.
5. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses in your daily activities.

What we’re looking for

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in a commercial, product, or strategy role at a leading Fintech or top-tier Strategy Consulting firm.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to draw strategic insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different teams and backgrounds.
• Small business lending experience is preferable but not essential.
• Passion for Funding Circle’s mission and values.
