Senior Strategy Manager - Open Banking & Lending Products

Visa connects the world through innovative, reliable, and secure payments, enabling individuals, businesses, and economies to thrive. We are looking for a passionate professional to join our Issuing Solutions team in Value Added Services (VAS), focusing on Everyday Banking and Lending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert for VAS Issuing solutions related to Everyday Banking and Lending, including non-card payments and onboarding processes.
• Drive innovation in E2E Lending journeys, improving underwriting and credit risk assessment.
• Support market analysis, customer insights, and develop new features and value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are market-ready and compliant.
• Manage product lifecycle, influence roadmaps, and develop training and market materials.
• Report on key metrics and adapt strategies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in payments product management or related technology roles.
• Knowledge of Open Banking, banking products, and digital issuing capabilities.
• Experience with credit and lending journeys in consumer and SME markets.
