4Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Strategy Lead for Adults (Live Well & Age Well) in Oxford. The role is 37 hours per week with hybrid working (one day in the office). Pay ranges from £27.71 to £36.93 per hour (PAYE to Umbrella).

You will drive strategic commissioning, transformation and service improvement across adult social care, working with senior leaders and system partners. You will lead strategic plans, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure responses to government policy

• Promote co-production, integrated commissioning and continuous improvement across services.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Lead to drive strategic commissioning, transformation and service improvement across adult social care. Working closely with senior leaders, commissioners, operational teams and system partners, you will help shape strategic plans, identify opportunities for innovation and improve outcomes for people across Oxfordshire.
