Job summary

University of Oxford’s Programme for Global Leadership, within the Department of Politics and International Relations, seeks a Business Partnerships Lead to drive the business engagement strategy. You will manage partnerships, lead recruitment for executive education, and translate research into leadership solutions while delivering income targets.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong relationship management, and experience with proposals, tenders, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strategic partnerships with senior organisational stakeholders.
• Strong track record in business development and income delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full partnership lifecycle from opportunity identification to delivery.
• Prepare proposals, business cases and tender submissions.
• Act as principal relationship manager for business partners and recruitment for executive education.
• Deliver annual business development targets and generate programme income (around £900,000 in year one).
• Represent the OCP externally at conferences and meetings with senior leaders.
