Job summary

London South Bank University (LSBU) seeks a Senior Strategic Account Lead to manage high-value employer relationships and translate workforce priorities into multi-year LSBU Group partnerships, including apprenticeships, CPD and workforce development.

You will drive account ownership, pipeline discipline and measurable growth, collaborating with senior stakeholders and across the Group to deliver impact for London and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of strategic account management or high-value employer partnerships.
• Strong track record of income, recruitment, growth or similar commercial targets.
• Commercial judgement and negotiation with senior stakeholders and multi-year planning.
• Ability to coordinate complex responses across teams and use CRM/forecasting data to drive decisions.
• Extensive experience in research, innovation and enterprise activity.
• Experience with funding schemes and cross-institutional research/innovation services.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Strategic Account Lead will manage high-value, complex employer relationships and turn workforce priorities into coordinated, multi-year LSBU Group partnerships.
• Connect employers to apprenticeships, CPD, workforce development, talent pathways and wider Group capability with clear account ownership and disciplined pipeline management.
• Collaborate with senior employer stakeholders and internal leaders across higher and further education to deliver measurable growth.
