The role is commercially focused, highly organized and responsible for pipeline, recruitment, income and partnerships.

• Track record of delivering targets for recruitment, income or conversions.
• Ability to connect employer needs with education, skills and talent solutions.
• Comfort using CRM and data to manage pipelines and forecast activity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for pipeline, recruitment, income and partnerships.
• Utilise CRM and performance data to forecast activity and follow up.
