Job summary

GV Health Ltd. is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic healthcare accounts across NHS Trusts, FM providers, and ICS/ICB ecosystems. You will shape long-term plans, influence stakeholders, and drive profitable revenue growth within a complex UK market.

You will navigate multi-decision-maker environments, align solutions with infection prevention and sustainability priorities, and expand the portfolio into strategic distribution, exports, and international markets.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ healthcare, medical device or related B2B account management experience.
Proven ability to manage and grow complex key accounts and revenue.
Strong stakeholder influence across multi-level decision environments.
Experience with consultative and strategic selling methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for NHS, FM, and healthcare system accounts.
Build long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted strategic partner.
Lead tender engagement, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and revenue forecasts in the CRM.
Engage NHS Trusts, ICBs, ICSs and regional healthcare organisations at senior levels.
