Qualifications

• Operational Excellence: adhere to all sales and operational policies with a focus on excellence.
• Accurately process POS transactions and capture customer information.
• Understand and use store technology tools used in the store.
• Maintain back-of-house organization, assist with stock and receipts.
• Support the Customer Experience Lead to deliver transformational customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist with store maintenance and supply ordering.
• Meet deadlines for damages, transfers, and other store directives.
• Provide excellent customer service with product knowledge and ownership.
