Job summary

Tory Burch in London is seeking a seasoned Retail IT Manager to lead and evolve our UK & EU retail technology landscape. You will manage POS deployments, store openings, and infrastructure refreshes, partnering with Retail Ops, Helpdesk and Security to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires deep hands-on IT leadership in a retail environment, with excellent stakeholder communication, vendor management, and a willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with at least 6 years in a retail-focused environment.
• Proven track record of managing and deploying modern POS systems and retail applications.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, store infrastructure, and customer-facing technologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across UK and EU regions as needed

We are seeking a seasoned Retail IT Manager to lead and evolve our retail technology landscape across the UK and EU regions.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience in retail IT operations and project delivery, particularly in managing and deploying modern POS systems.

The successful candidate will be based in our London office, working closely with store operations, infrastructure teams, and global IT stakeholders.
