Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd in North London is seeking a permanent Steel Project Manager to oversee multiple structural steel projects across Central London, taking ownership from planning through to completion.

The role requires strong leadership of site teams, delivering on time, within budget and to exacting quality standards, with immediate start and a typical 8:00 to 17:00 schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within structural steel.
• Ability to lead multiple sites and manage site teams.
• Strong planning, budgeting and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Managing 4 live sites concurrently, with 4 Site Managers reporting directly to you.
• Taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of steel projects from planning through to completion.
• Preparing, reviewing and updating project programmes, ensuring timelines and budgets are achieved.
• Coordinating site activities, labour, subcontractors and resources to keep works progressing smoothly.
• Liaising with clients, design teams and senior management to provide regular updates and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Overseeing all health & safety requirements across sites, promoting a culture of safe working and compliance with regulations.
• Providing strong leadership, guidance and mentoring to site teams to drive performance and maintain high standards of work.
