Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of steelwork and architectural metalwork projects across the UK. You will take ownership from planning through to delivery, coordinating sites, suppliers and internal teams to meet safety, quality and budget targets.

The role requires proven PM experience in construction, strong steelwork knowledge, and ability to travel UK-wide with site meetings and joint client engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Strong construction industry experience.
• Experience within steelwork, staircases, balustrades or architectural metalwork.
• CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS are essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and collaborative approach.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities and site personnel.
• Develop and monitor project programmes.
• Manage contractual documentation, orders, bonds and warranties.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Ensure health, safety, quality, environmental and contractual requirements are met.
• Monitor progress, costs and commercial performance.
• Attend client, project and site meetings across the UK.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
